PETER J. FERZAN

Peter maintains a strong reputation within the larger, global Real Estate Industry.  He started his career at Goldman Sachs & Co., where he spent 14 years. As Vice  President in Corporate Real Estate Services, he developed a strong competency  across all aspects of programs and projects. He pioneered in project management  services offerings to form Ferzan, Robbins & Associates LLC, in 1994 - one of the  first organizations to formalize program and project management principles in US  markets. In 2012, he merged to establish Turner & Townsend Ferzan Robbins LLC,  a globally recognized privately held Program and Project Management institution  with over 4,500 employees at the time. Here, he was able to influence practices on a  larger scale, across a diversity of markets and continues to do so in his new venture.  Historically. his commitments to MWBE Programs has been held with merit. In 2017,  Peter separated from the organization and is now acting as a strategic advisor to a  select handful of clients.
